The Alpha Gaming DAO (ALPHA) token is our native governance token and will be offered to the community via IDO, Alpha Gaming DAO initial dex offering will take place on the OneFi platform. These tokens will be used for the following:

• Stake ALPHA for token rewards
• Stake ALPHA for rewards related to specific activities
• Stake ALPHA for exclusive content and airdrops
• Stake ALPHA to vote and participate in the DAO
• Stake ALPHA to subscribe to exclusive merchandise

• Yield gained from assets acquired by treasury.
• Yield produced from active play of treasury’s virtual assets.

Scholarships are a big part of what ALPHA GAMING is all about. By lowering the barriers of entry that currently exist in the metaverse by providing scholarships, we hope to encourage millions of people who would otherwise not have the means to participate in this life changing technological marvel called the metaverse. This also creates the opportunity for people who wish to rent out their in game assets or NFT’s to generate passive income.

TREASURY

The role of the ALPHA treasury is to oversee the management of all assets to maximize value returned to the ALPHA DAO.

Economic Activities

• Purchase assets in the form of cryptocurrencies, virtual assets in the metaverse as well as other NFTs to contribute to the development of metaverse economies
• Arbitrage farms to maximize yields;
• Manage locked, unvested, undistributed tokens of all parties;
• Acquisition of assets including any buybacks and future fundraising rounds
• Perform financial operations such as accounting
• Treasury assets are managed by the co-founders via multi-signature wallets.

GOVERNANCE TOKENS

In order to attract the financing necessary to run a DAO, the protocol will issue governance tokens to investors that represent not only membership but importantly, voting rights (similar to shareholder rights) needed to make changes to it.

SUB-DAO’s

Each game selected by ALPHA GAMING will have its own SUB-DAO these DAO’s will each have their own multi-signature vault with an allocated percentage of the main treasury vault and will be governed as voted by the community of ALPHA token holders.
